I love this clip https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=41N6bKO-NVI take the challenge for whatever exercise you feel like doing.
Easy concept, follow the music :-). On "bring Sally up" you're in the highest position of the exercise and on "bring Sally down" the lowest. ...
So I said the Ionian was somewhere over there? Hmm and there it will stay for a few days. Yesterday getting ready to come into Marina di Leuca I was leaping around with lines and noticed smoke (steam) coming out from the starboard exhaust. Why not? Simply living the lifestyles that many of us do means we're very open to new ideas and views :)

So ploughing through hundreds of recipes in books and online, wow there's some inspired cooks out there, then putting my own twist on them. We all do it right, read something and think but what if I change this or that? My passion is spicy ...
Missing ingredient definitely spinach! Lovely wilted in at the end, it wasn't on my shopping list...I'm useless without a compete list! That said I did have a couple of handfuls of sugar snap peas left, so in they went.
It really doesn't take very long and then the curry just merrily cooks away in your slow cooker/thermal cooker/ stove top or in the ...

Someone asked me recently if I get scared when sailing. I answered no, not scared as such..twitched perhaps in new (to me) situations usually based on the "heck, can I do this properly" factor.
I have been in scary situations but not on our boat. Several years ...
